L&T Innovation Studio · Zone 05 · Data to Agent · Plan of action
A world that builds itself around each visitor's question.
Visitors ask L&T, out loud, how it runs on data and AI. The wall answers by building the answer in front of them in one continuous 3D world, with their figures appearing live. It never cuts, and it remembers what they've explored.
One visit, step by step
To the visitor it is one smooth conversation with a world that answers. Each step shows what they see on the wall, and what we are doing behind it to make it feel built live.
1
The visitor asks
On the wall “What can it do for a project manager?” The world turns toward them and visibly listens.
Behind it The system matches the question and picks the crafted moment for it. The listening beat covers that second, so there is no pause.
2
The answer starts building
On the wall The Project slice wakes up and Project Buddy steps forward.
Behind it The ‘Project morning’ moment begins exactly where the listening beat ended: same pose, so there is no cut.
3
Their figures appear
On the wall “800 of 1,000 workmen on site. Tower B slab at risk.” appears in the world as it speaks, with its source.
Behind it The live layer writes the figures and the source in real time from L&T’s data. They are never part of the 3D render.
4
They ask again
On the wall “How did it know that?” A line travels from one site all the way to the coworker.
Behind it The next moment, the trace, joins on the same pose. One continuous camera, never a cut.
5
The world remembers
On the wall The whole Project slice stays lit. Three next questions appear, and Finance glows, inviting them over.
Behind it The world’s light layers keep what this visitor has lit and point to what they haven’t seen.
How we make it feel live
Matched poses Every crafted 3D moment starts and ends on the same rest pose, so any moment can follow any other with no visible join.
A live layer Words, figures, cards and sources are generated in real time over the 3D, from L&T's own data. Nothing is baked in.
World memory The world is lit in 20 separate layers, combined live, so it shows exactly what this visitor has discovered.
No dead air While it understands the question, the world visibly listens and leans in, then flows straight into the answer.

HOW THE EXPERIENCE RUNS Every visit is the same loop. The visitor asks; the world builds the answer in front of them, writes their figures live, and remembers what they explored. Visitor walks up Steps into the zone in front of the wall. MOMENTS V0a–c · LOOPS Attract The world, dark and breathing. One line: “Ask me how L&T works.” VOICE OR TOUCH Visitor asks Any question, in their own words, or taps a suggested one. Understand Match it to one of the questions the center knows. Unknown › nearest one. Pick the moment Each question has its own crafted 3D moment. See the band below. IN ONE 3D WORLD Build it in the world Same world, same camera. It starts and ends on the rest pose, so it flows on from whatever came before. RUN-TIME LAYER Live answer on top Figures, the card, the sources behind each number. Never baked in. The world lights up The part of the world that answered stays lit. Progress is visible. Offer what’s next Three next questions: one deeper, one to another role, one bigger. the visitor asks again: the loop never ends on its own OPTIONAL LAYER Suggested questions on screen e.g. the Project Buddy starters. Helps shy visitors; the base works without it. MOMENTS N1–N9 Silence for 20 s The world pulses an unlit part and asks about it. MOMENTS F1–F3 Not something it knows Says what it can show, offers the nearest three questions. MOMENT G1 Visitor walks away A short summary of what they lit, then back to Attract. WHAT EACH QUESTION BUILDS The main questions, the crafted moment each builds, what it shows, what is live on top, and which part of the world it lights. Every shot starts and ends on a matched rest pose, so any moment can follow any other with no visible join. Figures are never baked in: the live layer adds them, with a depth pass so text can sit behind or in front of the 3D. Three idle and fallback variants so a regular visitor never sees the same moment twice. PLUS 20 LIGHT LAYERS The world's memory, composited live The world is also rendered as separate light passes: 15 parts (5 rings × 3 coworkers), the centre, and the four dark slices. At run time any combination is composited over whatever is playing, so the world shows exactly what this visitor has lit, without rendering every combination.
